A blue grape variety with genetically fixed field resistance to powdery mildew, downy mildew, and botrytis. Tolerant of phylloxera. Shoots ripen reliably and well. Pruning to 40-45 fruit-bearing buds per bush and short pruning of the one-year-old fruiting shoots to 6-8 buds is recommended. Golubok is suitable for producing high-quality light red wines, or harmonious red dessert wines with an intense ruby-red color. The flavor profile reveals notes of blackcurrant and poppy. Wines from this variety achieve high scores in competitions.
