Yalovensky Ustoychivy Table Grape Vine

A medium-late ripening white table grape variety with large berries, very high yield and increased resistance to diseases and frost. This variety is valuable because the bunches are very well stored, in a dry room they can last without damage until Christmas.

Flowers: bisexual, good pollination
Ripening time: medium-late, it needs 150 days at a sum of active temperatures of 2900 - 3000°C, in the conditions of Moldova - Chisinau it ripens in the last decade of September.
Shoots: strong growing
Clusters: medium to large, on average 350 - 500 g, conical in shape, sparse
Berries: oval, large, weight 7 - 8 g, fleshy, juicy, firm skin
Berry color: light yellow with a darker cheek on the sunny side, with a fine wax coating
Taste: pleasant, harmonious, simple
Sugar content: 19-22°NM
Yield: very high, on average 12–14 t/ha
